What we can't accept
We can't take these phones:
- Phones with an active iCloud Activation Lock (Find My iPhone still on)
- Phones with an active Google lock (FRP)
- Phones that are blacklisted or reported lost or stolen
- Phones that are completely dead and have no power

We check the condition, that it powers on and works, and that it isn't blocked or locked to an account. If it matches what you told us, you get the quoted price.
What if it isn't as described?
We'll send you a revised offer. You can accept it or have the phone returned.
What do I need to do before posting it?
Back up anything you want to keep, turn off Find My iPhone or Google's Find My Device, sign out of your accounts, and remove your SIM and memory card.
