The terms that apply to every order placed with SBK Wholesale. Last updated 2 November 2026.
This website is run by SBK Wholesale. In these terms "we" and "us" means SBK Wholesale and "you" means the business placing the order.
We sell only to businesses. By placing an order you confirm you're buying for business purposes and not as a consumer. Consumer protection rules for private buyers, such as the 14-day cooling-off period, don't apply.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless you switch the site to show VAT. VAT at the current rate (20%) is added at checkout and shown on your VAT invoice. We try hard to keep prices accurate. If an item is listed at the wrong price we'll tell you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Stock moves quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you've ordered, we'll offer an alternative or refund that item in full.
Orders are paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout unless your account has been approved for credit terms. Credit terms are offered at our discretion, usually 7–14 days from the invoice date, and can be withdrawn at any time. We may charge interest and compensation on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Delivery dates shown on the site are estimates based on carrier cut-off times and aren't guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership of goods stays with us until we've received payment in full.
Every pre-owned device is graded as described on our grading page and checked before dispatch. Graded devices have a 60-day warranty against functional faults. Repair parts are covered against manufacturing faults for 60 days from delivery. The warranty doesn't cover physical or liquid damage, damage caused during fitting, misuse, or items that have been opened, modified or repaired by anyone else.
Contact us within 60 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must come back in the condition we sent them, with any protective film or labels intact for parts. Once we've checked the item we'll repair, replace or refund it. We don't accept returns after 60 days unless the problem is a network or service activation issue.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost business or the cost of a customer's repair. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can't be limited by law.
We use your details to run your account and fulfil your orders, as explained in our privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
How SBK Wholesale collects and uses your information. Last updated 2 November 2026.
SBK Wholesale is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
When you open a trade account or place an order we collect your name, shop name, email address, phone number, delivery address, postcode and VAT number if you give one, plus your order history. If you contact us we keep your message. We don't see or store card numbers. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are handled by Stripe.
We use your information to run your account, take payment, fulfil and deliver your orders, send order and delivery emails, provide warranty and returns, and keep the records the law requires. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you, meeting legal obligations such as keeping VAT records, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We'll only send marketing messages if you've asked to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
We share only what's needed with the companies that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), our email provider (order emails) and the courier delivering your order. We don't sell your information.
We keep order and invoice records for six years to meet tax law. Account details are kept while your account is open and deleted within 12 months of closing it, apart from records we must keep.
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your bag and display settings. If analytics are on, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Contact us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
